A gourmet twist on wood fired pizza. I have never had pizza so fresh in all of St. Louis! The flavors expand on your palette and make your soul smile. The pizza was extremely fresh, well thought out, and simply delicious. 1929 is truly a gem and one of my favorite places to eat in the Greater St. Louis area.
You can’t go wrong with any of their pizzas, their always-changing bruschetta is fantastic, and their cannolis are a treat. They’ll help pair your meal with a great wine/beer/cider if you like, and have a nice selection.
An amazing pizza and wine spot that knocks it out of the park, the neighborhood, and the state! No joke, I wanted to stand up and start clapping, throw streamers and cry at the same time. We met the owners and turned into giddy children in the presence of greatness.
